The Fratellanza Club staff performs all catering and provides all food and beverage. Except for ceremonial cakes, no food or beverages are allowed into The Fratellanza Club and leftover food cannot leave The Fratellanza Club, for health concerns.

Guarantees

In order to ensure a successful event, you will need to notify us of your final guest count seven (7) days prior to the event’s date. We will consider this to be your maximum attendance, for which you will be charged even if fewer people attend. This number will not be subject to reduction, but can be increased up to 10%, if confirmed 48 hours before the event. If The Fratellanza Club is not notified by the time the guarantee is due, the estimated attendance as noted in the Event Contract will serve as your guarantee.

To confirm a reservation, a $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required. In addition to the deposit on hand, a payment of 50% of the estimated total charges will be due 10 days prior to the date of the event. The remaining bill will be due and payable on the day of the event. Any additional charges that arise and remain unbilled at the day of the event will be due within 15 days. Reservation Confirmation A reservation is considered confirmed only upon The Fratellanza Club receiving the non-refundable deposit. Security The Fratellanza Club will provide security officers for your event. The Fratellanza Club shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the premises or for any item left unattended.

The Fratellanza Club reserves the right to approve musical entertainment prior to your function and to discontinue any music that we deem too loud or excessive for the surroundings.

The Fratellanza Club reserves the right to inspect and control all functions and liability for damages to the premises will be charged accordingly. Decorations and displays may not be attached to the walls in any fashion. The host of the function is held responsible for personal property or equipment brought into The Fratellanza Club.

The Fratellanza Club is pleased to assist you with your ceremonial cake serving. An incremental charge will be added to your bill.
